What we store
Privacy
The short version
CommishDesk sends a weekly recap of your fantasy league. There are no accounts and no passwords. We keep only what is needed to send you that email and to let you stop it or delete it.
What is stored, and for how long
- Your email address and the team you claimed. Kept until you delete it. Your address is never shown on any page.
- Engagement events (opens of the email, clicks on its links, unsubscribes and section reports, with the week). Kept until you delete them.
- A claim held for review keeps its address for up to 30 days, then it is deleted unless it has been approved or rejected.
- A one-way hash of your address, used to stop the same address being asked more than once. Removed when you delete.
- A hashed IP address is stored with your claim and used for abuse control. It is kept until you delete your claim, and removed in the first cleanup after the link has been expired for 7 days, if the claim is never confirmed.
- League data (team names, scores) comes from the public Sleeper league and is not personal data about you.
Deleting your data
Every email carries a delete link. It opens a page with one button; pressing it removes your claim, your address, your confirmation record and your engagement events. Opening the link alone changes nothing.
Deleted data can remain in our weekly backup for up to 35 days, then it expires automatically.
Who sees it
Your address is used by our email provider to deliver the newsletter. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
